I couldn’t agree more. I have had the privilege of visiting Ethiopia on two occasions. Both visits were arranged and led by Haileab of Overland Ethiopia Tours. He is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and organised. During my first visit I went with a friend to the Omo Valley. It was fascinating to visit such an off-the-beaten-path location, and Haileab was an excellent guide. On my second visit to Ethiopia, I met Haileab in Addis Ababa. He arranged for some local sight-seeing as well as a fantastic journey to Bahar Dar (the island monasteries were fascinating). I can’t recommend Haileab’s services highly enough. He is both professional and approachable and arranges all aspects of the travel according to your own specifications. I look forward to returning again one day, maybe for a visit to Lalibela.

We travelled as a group with Overland Ethiopia end November to the beginning of December 2012 . Mr Haileb was prepared to develop a special tour at our request and provided an outstanding guide, Enoch, as well as two drivers, to take us wherever we would like to go. Our group split in two during our stay and even this was not too much trouble to arrange. We visited the less travelled parts of Ethiopia as some of us had a conference in Hawassa to attend. The rest of the group travelled to the south of Ethiopia. On the last day three of us stayed in Addis Abeba and visited the market, the palace, churches, the AU, the university and its hospital and museums. Enoch accompanied us on all of this endeavours and provided valuable information.
I can really recommend this company as well as Enoch who also have his own company. We only received excellent service and knew we were in capable hands.
